Please contact us through messages with pictures of the problem to start the warranty will accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the item. It will be your responsibility to send the item back to our location in Oakville, Ontario, Canada at your cost.We must receive returning goods within 30 days of issued RA #. Returning packaging is expected to be in similar condition it was received in; do not discard any packaging before you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition they are received in. Boot and Binding boxes must not be defaced, charges will apply.

Once we receive this we will reply to you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product back to us in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
