Up for sale is this iconic 2015 vintage re-edition Seiko x Giugiaro Design quartz chronograph wristwatch. It’s in very lightly used condition, keeping excellent time with all functions working flawlessly. If you’re into sci-fi like me I’m sure you’ll appreciate this watch that has the original style and coloration of the one worn by Sigourney Weaver as Ripley in the 1986 movie Aliens. This watch is #317 which puts it as an early example in the limited edition run of 3000 pieces. The matte gray stainless steel upper case measures 43 mm wide by 42 mm lug to lug. It’s a mere 11 mm in overall thickness. Very comfortable for daily wear even with the distinctive pusher block along the right side. There are some opening scratches on the back surface and caseback from a previous battery service otherwise the watch head and bracelet are in excellent condition. It’s fitted with its original matching gray stainless steel deployant bracelet. I installed an extension piece to size it for my 7 1/2” wrist.
