A stunning rare large hand made English solid sterling silver gilt chalice cup. It is hallmarked for London 1964 with the maker being Vanpoulles Ltd. It has been beautiful designed in an Arts & Crafts style being plannised. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits chips cracks distortions and repairs. It measures 7 inches (17.5cm) tall by over 4.5 inches (11.8cm) across the rim by 5.5 inches (13.8cm) across the base and weighs 454 grams. A very good quality piece.
