These scarce andirons are sold as found; they are in good antique condition but will have age and wear thru out; including rust. The red paint on the hearts is in nice condition. They are solid and sturdy. The back center posts were attached slanted but this does not cause any issues. I believe they are 19th century but i am not certain from when.All flaws will not be visible in the photos or specifically mentioned in the description. It is possible that i have overlooked some additional small flaws. Buyer should expect more wear than what is visible or mentioned. SOLD AS IS. Please view all photos using zoom.
