- Our products are located in Kentucky, USA. The products are located in the United States and are shipped from there.
- We use the official Fulfillment Channel. This channel will automatically fill in the tracking number 10 minutes after you place the order. This means that the Fulfillment Channel has accepted the order and the items are ready to be dispatched from the warehouse.
- We use USPS or UPS/Fedex SmartPost services. The delivery time should be 3-7 working days, depending on your location and the distance from Kentucky. For example, shipping to Indiana takes 3 working days, while shipping to California takes 6-7 working days.
- If you want to cancel the order after it is placed. Please complete it within 8 minutes.
