No direct signs of use but there is some cosmetic light damage to the exterior of the device. See below and pictures to assess overall condition.
There is a half broken piece of plastic likely due to shipping damage, not use. It can easily be glued back together as both pieces are still attached to the offeret. See picture for better clarity. Also light scuffing on top of toilet base likely due to rubbing on the cardboard and is not very noticeable (can be buffed out).
Check pictures for specific parts included. Nothing else is included if not in pictures. It seems to be missing the basic rectangle piece and other gaskets/screws that serve as the attachment for mounting the toilet (~20$ replacement on amazon). I would expect to need mounting hardware purchased separately.
