This print was purchased in the 1970\'s at theHarvard Coop bookstore in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA where theysold these high-quality reproductions to students, collectors, and locals. Nateche Prints utilized a specialized photogravure printing process to replicate the deep sepia and rich tones of Edward S. Curtis\'s original turn-of-the-century works. Ironically, the original 1900s photogravures for The North American Indian portfolio were also initially printed in Cambridge, MA by the Suffolk Engraving company and the University Press.
