This is a large Volume measuring 12.5 in x 10 in x 1.5 in and weighing 8 pounds.
This Book is in Great shape. The cover is Very Good with a touch of scuffing at the corners (see photos). Inside the endpapers and first and last few pages have some foxing (see photos). The binding is good holding all the pages securely. The front endpaper hinge is nice. The back endpaper hinge is torn. The pages are in nice condition and are durable but do have browning at the outer edges due probably to cigarette smoke (see photos). This Book does have a slight odor of cigarette smoke.
