Five Katz Antiques was foundedin 2015 as a brick & mortar antique store in Titusville, Florida.Due to circumstances beyond our control, (they sold the building anddoubled our rent) we were forced to close after 7 years in business.

Weare now pleased to offer you choice merchandise that was held backfrom the liquidation at the time of our closure, as well as itemsfrom my personal collection that are of a quality nature.

Iused to have info here about our former retail store that you couldlook up and read our column’s and our history, but \'s stupid AIcan\'t read correctly and is now flagging and removing my listings.

Thisis our only outlet for you to purchase our items!

Ihave had my columns published across the country and in Canada. Ihave been featured in Florida Today, as well as MSN News and I havealso been interviewed for AARP Magazine.

Eventhough this is a new account, rest assured I have been on 20years, selling on since December of 2005 and have sold over 1500items and over 3000 responses as a buyer as well as a seller on mypersonal account. I have been a trusted seller on for years.

Iam a retired photographer and I enjoy trying to create the best photoof my items for your consideration – and to make them stand outamong the crowded marketplace. Sometimes I get a bit artsy.

Besure to visit our store and don’t forget to save us as a favoriteseller!

Nowthe “Other stuff” …

·Photos and scans are of the actual item for sale and the item youwill receive.

·Photos and/or scans are part of the description. In case of an errorin the description, or if something is not clear – always defer tothe photos/scans.

·Due to differences in monitors, items may appear slightly differentin person. I have no control over this. Viewing on phones will makeitems look different as well.

·I DO NOT use stock photos or AI descriptions.

Ifyou see a long description looking like it was from the manufacturer, then added it without my permission and without my ability toremove it. I describe the item factually and with photos. Anythingother than my descriptions or condition was added by ’s AIgarbage tool.

·When you offer/win an sale or click buy it now, you have enteredinto a contract to purchase the item and all sales are consideredfinal.

·If you have any questions, ask before offerding. Once you win, it’syours.

·OFFERS – If you make an offer, please remember I am basicallytrying to recoup my wholesale costs & that takes a largechunk (13%!) out of my earnings. Please be fair with your offers. IfI offer 10% off, I am actually losing 23%! Sorry any offer under 50%will not be accepted. Continued low-ball offers will get buyersblocked.

·Please don’t ask what my “best price” is – If it’s a buy itnow, with an offer option available, please feel free to make anoffer, but again, don’t send me an email asking what I will takefor an item.

·’s buy it now requires immediate payment & will not let mecombine orders and send an invoice for all items. I have no controlover this. You will have to pay for the items and shipping and ifshipping gets combined, I will refund unused shipping charges.

·All payments must be received within five (5) days from the end ofthe sale. If not received the item will be relisted and willadd an unpaid buyer mark on your account.

·If a serious issue pops up after you win one of my items, email me.We can talk about it.

·All items sold as is, so be sure to read the entire description andthis includes the photos! Ask questions BEFORE offerding.

·Vintage or antique items may show wear and/or patina commensuratewith age. See photos/scans as these will show condition better thanwords can.

·Medical Items are sold as collectible or novelties only. We are notresponsible for the use/misuse of said items.

·No Returns: Returns are only accepted if the item is significantlynot as described in the sale/listing. If a return is accepted forthis reason, item must be returned in the same condition as receivedand must have authorization before a return is made.

·No returns for buyer’s remorse. My Wife/husband etc., didn’t likeit is not a reason for a return.

·We do not ship internationally. No APO shipping.

·USPS MediaMail will be used for appropriate items. StartingJanuary 2026 I will NO LONGER ship anything media mail – charges/allows media mail by category regardless of contents and Ihave lost too many times listing media items and being forced to shipthem ground. If you list a book in a collectible category, they willmake you ship it ground, not media.

July 2026 – I do not shippriority mail – All items shipped USPS Ground advantage or incase of larger items Fed EX – I am trying to keep cost down. If youwant priority shipping contact me BEFORE buying and I will quote youa rush charge. It will most likely be double the cost of the quotedshipping in the listing.

·Never any inflated shipping charges. I will refund gross overages ifI overestimate the shipping cost charged to you.

·Due to DIM (Dimensional) weight shipping costs, large items willusually ship FedEx or UPS. (in addition to weight, the shippers nowmeasure the H x W x L of all boxes)

·We strive to package our items so they arrive to you intact. If youare concerned about damage, ask about additional insurance.

·I will combine shipping if/when appropriate.

·Five Katz Antiques is dedicated to customer service and want everyoneto have a great transaction. Have a question? Just ask. I try torespond quickly.

·If I have earned it, please take a moment to leave positive sellerresponse. It’s important. If there is ever an issue, please emailme so I can make it right before leaving negative response. Thanks.

·Please Follow our store and check back often. We will be continuingto list a variety of unique items so stay tuned!
