Issued weekly. In over-all fair to good, the covers have separated from the top staple down and there is chipping and tiny tears along that area; bottom right corner chip as seen and a few on the right edge. internal oxidation - VERY THIN paper. The back cover has a list of Tip Top Weekly cover titles.Came from the original family - purchased from a gentlemen whose great grandfather owned these originally.MANY of these early one have issues with the left side corners. I really believed they were clipped back in the day - maybe remainder stock?? Strange that the same exact corners on each one seem clipped.Shippedin plastic, between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
