Mint with original gum. Two center stamps are lightly hinged. Two additional hinge strips bridge lower perforation joins and extend into the bottom selvage, apparently reinforcing separated or damaged perforations. Gum disturbance is present along the lower portion. No never-hinged count is claimed.
Strong color with centering as pictured. The Bureau of Engraving & Printing imprint is present. Bottom selvage is reduced, clipping the lower portion of the plate number.
Offered as a faulted, reinforced plate block—not as sound or entirely never hinged. Uncertified. Please examine the enlarged front and back photographs carefully; you will receive the exact block shown.
