This rare antique trinket box features deep black amethyst glass adorned with carved stone flowers and ornate gilt-brass ormolu. The stones appear to include varieties such as tourmaline, rose quartz and other semiprecious stones; however, their exact composition has not been professionally verified. The ormolu mount is marked “Austria.” Measures 5” long x 4 x 3”h
