V: THE VISITORS ARE OUR FRIENDS – COMPLETE SERIES #1–18 (DC Comics, 1985–1986)
Here’s the complete DC Comics run of V, based on the NBC science-fiction TV series. All 18 issues are included. 17 of the 18 are newsstand editions (barcode on the cover), which are harder to find than direct editions. Please note: #10 is a direct edition (DC 50th anniversary logo box instead of a barcode). It is in the same condition as the rest of the set and is shown in the photos. I’ve included pics of the full set and pics of issues 1-4 corners spines to show condition. Also included are pics of issue #10 which is a direct edition .
What’s included:
• V #1–18 (Feb 1985 – Jul 1986), the complete series
• #1 “1st Star-Spanning Issue”
• Creators include Cary Bates, Carmine Infantino, Eduardo Barreto, and Tony DeZuniga
Condition:
All 18 issues are in similar condition, with an estimated grade of VF/NM (about 9.0):
• Sharp corners and clean edges
• Strong gloss and bright, unfaded colors
• Flat spines with no noticeable stress lines
• No subscription creases, writing, or stamps
These books are ungraded, so the grade is my honest estimate. Please look at all photos carefully, since they are part of the description. Any small flaws I noticed are shown in the photos.
Shipping:
Each comic is stored in a plastic sleeve with acid free cardboard backing. They ship bagged and boarded in a sturdy genesis style comic mailer. They are packed carefully and ship within 1–2 business days.
