This is a 1960s or early 1970s mod style minidress in a thick velvet with a deep red color.
It is handmade and doesn’t have a size tag, I’d assume it’s a vintage size 13/14 or something like a modern size medium. Measurements laying flat
Chest: 38in
Waist: 35in
Bottom of skirt: 54inIt has no imperfections or stains other than the inner collar on the back left side coming undone, which should be no more than a 5 min fix. I am in the first photo, I am 5’4 with a 35inch chest, 28inch waist and 42inch hip. The dress hits just above the knee on me. The dress is clipped on the mannequin because it was too loose to take proper photosUnfortunately it is a bit big on me and the darts for the chest are really high up compared to where my chest naturally sits which makes it look kind of weird.
