A word about Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR\'s) and response:The Detailed Seller Ratings are critical to sellers. Please allow sellers to work out any issues before leaving negative response or low DSR\'S. (really, anything less than a \"5\" rating can be detrimental). Shipping time, for instance, can vary dramatically between shipping companies however, a low DSR rating for shipping time can greatly affect the fees and reviews sellers receive from even thought this aspect is obviously beyond the sellers control. If you feel the need to rate any service less than a 5 please give the sellers a chance to correct any issues! Thanks in advance!
