Ivory Alfred Angelo Bridal Gown,designed by Edyth Vincent was my mothers in 1954.It has been stashed away in a blue cleaners box ever since.She was in nursing stundent in Spokane and bought this dress at Bon Marche-Palace.Classic.'50s "cupcake"style tea or ballerina length.It features a strapless,sweetheart neckline in lace covered satin.Fully boned thru the bodice w/a spray of tulle at the top.Waist has dainty satin piping;zipper at the side;hooks at the waist&top of the bodice.;several layers of tulle netting over duchess satin skirt;the weight,drape, hand&suble,pearl-like shimmer--beautiful quality satin.The bolero is lace with lace covered buttons at wrists and down the front;curved collar.I also have extra netting from(I thnk)veil.Plz look carefully at photos.Modern size 2/4 MEASUREMENTS: Waist: 25-26 Hips: 36(A-line)BUST: 33-34at biggest part of cups;UNDERBUST:27-28.LENGTH:43back of dress to bottom.BOLERO: PTP 36; Sleeve:24LENGTH" 14
