Amazing vintage Strategic Air Command Logistics military tee- never seen one like it anywhere.Looks to be early 80s based off the tag style, this Hanes logo was used from 1980-85.
Printed on a single stitch, 50/50 Hanes poly-cotten blend.Marked a Men\'s size large, but fits more like a modern medium/slim medium.
Great high-contrast effect with the bright red logo against the grey.Print features central \'Lightning fist\' SAC emblem at front, listing logistics functions like \'Missile Maintenance\', \'Contracting\' and \'Plans\' at edges of design.
Condition notes:
Fabric is super thin, especially at back collar and around center graphic.Near see through in some areas, as shown in pics. Amazing history of wear!Only a few spots with true holes- at edges of front and back collar, and under left armWhile a little fragile in some areas, I do think the shirt still has some good years ahead of it!Would recommend hand-washing or using a mesh laundry bag to best preserve.Shirt was washed carefully inside out in a laundry bag, and air dried. Ready to wear.
