Paintng is signed on back Don Miller and dated 1969 ( please see pictures)could not find much on the artist other than he was active during 50' s and 60'sPlease do appropriate research if so inclined.
Condition of oil painting and frame are good, Frame is solid wood and is a Macklin style thatreally enhnaces painting. Frame has some minor scratches but is tight and looks good.Please look at pictures.
