This is a vintage hand carved wood sculpture depicting an antelope. Made in Kenya.
I love the unique pose of the antelope. It is beautiful and complex. I also like how the artist took advantage of the beauty of the woodgrain in carving the piece.
The height is about 11 1/2". So it's a nice size for display.
The base is about 5 1/2" long x 4 3/4" wide.
This is from my nonsmoking home. It's in nice shape because I've taken good care of it over the years. Please see the photos.I'll wrap it carefully and ship it in a box.
It is beautiful piece that will look great on a table, desk, or credenza.
Please let me know if you have questions about it as I do not take returns.
