This is a vintage 1930's powder puff handkerchief. It is a small 10" by 10 1/2" silk chiffon square and it is has a swansdown cream color powder puff. The abstract pattern is orange, blue, and navy blue in a great art deco pattern. The edges are rolled, and there is one tiny nick in the top left corner. A really nice delicate example of a collectible 1930's hankie. It was made in England.
