Authentic pre-war 1930s Walt Disney "The Big Bad Wolf" costume shirt only, produced circa 1933–1936 following Disney's classic Silly Symphony shorts. While labeled with an original woven "Size 38" tag, the non-stretch fabric and narrow cut make this best suited for a modern Small adult or a large child/youth (see exact measurements below).
The garment is constructed from black stiffened buckram cotton gauze. It features fringe sewn along the sleeve seams to simulate wolf fur. The chest displays the original sewn-on circular graphic patch depicting the Big Bad Wolf in his red cap and trousers, labeled "WALT DISNEY'S THE BIG BAD WOLF."
The back closes with a full row of original molded dark buttons with textured rope rims; all buttons are present and securely attached.
