Vintage 1933– Noritake Phyllis Floral 3cup Floral Porcelain Teapot-MINT For Sale

I inherited this gorgeous Noritake teapot from my husband’s grandmother. When she passed each member of the family was given a special piece that she herself had assigned to each person before her death. It had a large sticker on the bottom that said For Nancy from Grandma EdnaMae. I really didn’t pay much attention to it all these years and put it in my China cabinet. She passed away in 1976, so it’s been sitting there for quite awhile. Now that we’re downsizing I thought about the teapot and starting investigating. She never used it. Only for display, just like I did as well. It’s actually new! Measures 4” high and is a 3 cup teapot done in the gorgeous Phyllis floral pattern. Made of fine porcelain, in mint condition with no chips, cracks, no wear to the gold….perfect! Hand wash is definitely recommended. Replacements,Ltd. Has only one for sale on their site. The price is $600. Seems it is a rare piece, never used, or in mint condition and has its lid. My price will be, of course less, and meets all the criteria of the perfect teapot. Time for it to go to a new home where it will be loved, cherished and hopefully, used. Enjoy!
