This is a Nice Old Pair of Spencer Optical BU Ship\'s Binoculars from 1941. Black with original Leather Case. The Binoculars are marked as shown:

These are 7x50 Binoculars as marked. They are in Good Vintage Condition: Showing wear and patina of age and use. 85 years old and they still work perfectly. Adjustable eye pieces. Leather Case has born the brunt of wear and tear - see the pictures. These Binoculars have chip in paint around the lens retaining rings / no missing parts / Leather case is repaired with fiber tape and is missing the shoulder strap.
