This is for an original 1959-1963 Hartland statue of a Green Bay Packers running back.

Capitalizing on the success of their baseball statues, Hartland created a line of football players. Theyunveiled the beginning of their football statues by introducing two specific players:Johnny Unitasof the Baltimore Colts and Jon Arnett of the Los Angeles Rams.
Then came a generic running back statue and a lineman statue for each of the then 14 NFL teams.
Unlike the baseball statues which had a fairly high production, these were supposedly limited to only 5,000 made of each. That’s why today they are so rare, and even harder to find in good condition.
