Vintage 1960s-era military flight suit / flying coveralls in a dark sage/olive green nylon-type fabric. An exceptionally detailed piece with a distinctive full-length design, extensive pocket configuration, adjustable waist, high zip collar, and zippered lower legs.The suit has a substantial satin/quilted interior lining, suggesting a cold-weather or insulated flying garment rather than the lighter-weight standard flight coveralls. The front features numerous utility and zip pockets, including a sleeve pocket, large thigh and lower-leg pockets, and hand pockets. High collar can be worn open or zipped up around the neck.The interior markings are very faint and I have not been able to confidently identify the manufacturer, exact model, or contract information, so please review the photographs carefully for construction and markings.
