Welsh was a longtime American manufacturer of industrial safety equipment and became part of Textron around 1970.This example retains its original interior first-aid instruction chart and labeled supply guide for bandages, burn cream, ammonia inhalants, antiseptic swabs, tourniquet, eye wash and other workplace first-aid supplies.
