Striking vintage Greek ceramic mug marked “Geometrique – Made in Hellas” and dated 23 MAR 1973. Features an intricate black-on-cream wraparound design with stylized figures, animals, geometric motifs, and Greek-key borders. The oversized sculpted handle is also decorated with black ornamental detailing.
Measures approximately 5 inches tall with an opening approximately 3¾ inches across. Substantial vintage pottery mug with an unusual and highly detailed design.
Made in Greece (Hellas). Excellent display piece for a collector of vintage Greek pottery, Mediterranean décor, Greek art, or 1970s ceramics.
