Vintage 1982 GI Joe MOBAT Motorized Tank Vehicle 100% Complete Solid Treads For Sale

Up for sale is a beautifully preserved, original-owner vintage 1982 G.I. Joe M.O.B.A.T. Motorized Battle Tank. This is a true first-edition release from the launch of the Real American Hero line, featuring the rare early-production solid black tank treads. Please note: This listing is for the vehicle only and does not include the Steeler action figure.

Condition Highlights:

• Original Owner Piece: This was my personal childhood toy and has been stored carefully in a clean, climate-controlled home environment for decades.

• Pristine Battery Compartment: The internal terminal contacts are bright, shiny, and entirely free of battery acid leaks or corrosion. The battery door panel (stamped M-3332) is fully intact with an unbroken latch.

• Untested Status: I do not currently have fresh D batteries on hand to test the motor function, but given its exceptional storage history and clean terminals, I am 90% sure it functions beautifully. Sold as-is/untested.

• First-Year Solid Treads: Features the correct, highly sought-after 1982 solid rubberized track runs. They are unbroken, hold excellent tension, and sit properly on the wheels.

• Cosmetics: The classic olive green molded plastic is deep, glossy, and free of sun fading or heavy play wear. The original factory decals look incredible, including the prominent \"United States\" front bumper detailing and American flags.

Please inspect the high-resolution images closely to verify the premium cosmetic state of the tank. The MOBAT will be wrapped securely in layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped fast in a rigid cardboard box to guarantee safe transit to your collection.
