Vintage Sony Watchman FD-10A portable black-and-white television featuring the original Washington Redskins helmet logo. Manufactured in July 1986 in Japan.
A particularly interesting crossover collectible for vintage Sony electronics and Washington Redskins/NFL collectors.
Tested and working. The television powers on, the screen lights up clearly and produces static, and the tuning, volume, power and band controls operate. Because this is an analog VHF/UHF television and standard U.S. over-the-air television broadcasting is now digital, I was unable to receive a broadcast channel. Please see photos showing the television powered on.
Features include built-in speaker, telescoping antenna, VHF/UHF tuning, earphone jack and battery operation.
Overall very nice vintage condition for its age with normal signs of use. There is a small amount of corrosion in the battery compartment, as pictured, and a small ding in plastic where last batter goes in. It does not affect operation, and the television powered on and operated normally during testing.
The Washington Redskins graphics remain bright and attractive. Please review all photographs carefully for exact cosmetic condition.
