Vintage 1986 Tonka Steel Monsters Tygress Action Figure 5POA Tight Joints For Sale

I purchased this copy off of about a year ago. Please inspect pics carefully. It may look like there is paint wear on the hair but there is none. It’s just light on the high points. The points of articulation are quite stiff. There is just slight movement at each point until it stops. This tells me that all of the joints are tight. I have not tried to test the movement beyond the narrow threshold allowed. Also, there appears to be specks on the bottom on the peg hole foot; I cannot see these with the naked eye but they appear in both pics.
