Original vintage Mattel Totally Hair Blonde Barbie #1112, from the iconic early-1990s Totally Hair collection.
This is the classic blonde version featuring Barbie\'s extraordinarily long crimped blonde hair, high side ponytail, bright geometric swirl-print mini dress and coordinating pink accessories.
This is an original vintage release—not the modern 25th Anniversary reproduction.
One particularly useful identifying feature is the original packaging, which is marked:

The back also retains the period Dep Corporation licensing language and the original “Dolls cannot stand alone. Each sold separately.” packaging text.

The box is not mint. Visible age/storage wear includes surface scratches/scuffs, edge and corner wear, some creasing and an original clearance sticker on the upper portion of the box. The clear plastic window also shows surface wear consistent with age.
