Provenance & History:I am the original owner of this shirt. I personally bought it brand new back in the 1990s with my dad, and it has been carefully stored away untouched for approximately the last 20 years.
Details & Authenticity:- Tag: Original 1990s \"Giant by Tultex\" Extra Heavyweight tag (Size XL). Front features crisp, period-accurate Giant/Tultex branding; back features clear care instructions with correct RN 55045 and CA 20832 registration numbers.- Stitching: Correct double-stitched bottom hem, which is historically accurate for this mid-90s Giant/Tultex manufacturing run.- Copyright: Legible \"© 1993 Nirvana under license to Giant\" print visible along the lower front graphic.
Condition & Natural Vintage Distressing:The shirt is in great vintage condition with outstanding, vibrant graphic color retention. It has beautiful, natural vintage wear and character. This includes a small cluster of distressing on the lower side seam area consisting of one small structural wear hole (smaller than a coin) and three accompanying tiny pinholes. There is also one separate, small single pinhole on the back. No dry rot or major structural issues.
Please note: There is some minor surface staining and slight vintage discoloration on the fabric from storage. I have deliberately left the shirt unwashed and untreated to preserve its true vintage state and value for the buyer, so the staining may or may not wash out. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully for exact visual condition.
