Vintage 2001 American Flyer 6-49806 - Model # 23796 -Operating Sawmill - S Gauge - This piece is fully compatible with Lionel O Gauge -This came from an estate where the original owner purchased a lot of train items but never used them - he would open the boxes, review the items, then store them -I checked all the parts are included and everything is clean, like it would be if never used -Included are the instructions, original box, the original shipping box, all inserts and packing -
