Vintage 30\'s/40\'s Flying Goose Copper Weathervane,Hollow,Three Dimensional,29\" For Sale

Vintage 1920\'s/1930\'s/1940\'s or older copper and metal three dimensional hollow swell-bodied two-sided flying Canadian goose weathervane. The goose measures 29\" long. The weather vane includes the top spinning 3-D 3D molded goose, top metal shaft (that the goose spins on) above a 2 1/2\" diameter copper finial ball with ridge that is removable, two-part fixed directional parts - \"N\" and \"S\" part, \"E\" and \"W\", 4\" diameter copper finial spacer ball with ridge that is fixed in place and the large thick metal mounting rod. There is no roof mounting hardware as pictured. The whole setup measures 52\" - 53\" tall. The 2\" thick hollow copper goose has great green greening or verdigris, textured feather details and great weathering patina. Each side of the goose is one piece of copper with no seams. The goose shows wear with dings and bangs to the hollow body. The weather vane is in good to very good used condition and displays beautifully with great patina as pictured.
