This is item No. 21 from the Kinniku-sei Oui Soudatsu Hen (Scramble for the Throne Arc) series, manufactured by Bandai in Japan. Known to Western collectors as a giant or "Deka" M.U.S.C.L.E. figure, these 6-inch scale solid rubber figures are premium versions of the classic small pocket kinkeshi erasers.
