Sadly, there are quite a few wear spots throughout, but they're not terribly noticeable unless you get up close. Many of the buttons have chipped paint, but there are 2 extras on the inside. Personally, I'd replace them altogether. This looks to have seen little wear and is in otherwise great vintage condition with minor to no signs of wear. Please confirm measurements, as the sizes from yesteryear don't equate to modern day sizes and run much smaller.
