Vintage Coach USA Glove-Tanned Leather Shoulder Bag – Style 9208 – 1996

Beautiful substantial vintage Coach bag in warm camel/tan leather with the classic soft, thick glove-tanned leather Coach is known for.

Creed/serial number is stamped J6C-9208, indicating a 1996 USA-made Coach bag, style 9208.

Features include a large front flap, zippered main compartment beneath the flap, exterior slip pocket, interior zippered pocket, adjustable leather shoulder strap, brass-tone hardware, and Coach’s characteristic unlined suede-side leather interior.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition and being sold AS IS. This bag has not been restored. There is visible overall wear consistent with age and use, including surface marks, scratches/scuffs, darkened areas, discoloration/uneven coloration, spotting and various marks throughout the leather. The front flap has several noticeable dark/ink-like marks and scratches. Additional marks and discoloration are visible on the front, back, bottom, strap and other leather areas. Interior suede shows normal vintage wear/soiling. Hardware shows age-related wear/tarnish. I have not attempted to represent this bag as being in restored or pristine condition. It is being offered exactly as photographed and would be a great candidate for someone who enjoys cleaning/restoring vintage Coach leather.

Please note: The bag is identified by its stamped Coach creed and style number 9208. Because Coach reused some style numbers over the years, I am intentionally not assigning an undocumented model name to this bag.
