This has a small stain and a couple of areas where it has tiny pulled threads, I took a close up for you. I do think it could be camouflaged with alterations, and when I previewed this before buying it at an sale, on a mannequin (from about 5 feet away,) I did not see any flaws at all.
The protective Keepsake box will be the shipping box; I will cover it with brown paper.
Although the size tag says size 6, who knows if it has been altered? Here are the numbers:
