Large assorted vintage dollhouse miniature estate lot containing an interesting collection of furniture, dolls, household furnishings, architectural hardware, tools, building components and decorative accessories.

This appears to have belonged to someone who was furnishing and/or building a detailed dollhouse, as the collection includes both finished furnishings and numerous tiny architectural and household components.

Included in the lot are approximately 20 sealed individual miniature accessory/hardware bags, plus a packaged Colonial Craftsmen Pewter Workshop miniature accessory. The small packets contain a wide assortment of miniature pieces including hinges, brackets, doorknobs, drawer pulls, hooks, pipes, tools, wrench, hammer, hanging bell, bowl/dish, fireplace accessories/andirons, sickle, spade/shovel, pitchfork and other tiny fittings and hardware. Many of these pieces remain sealed in their individual bags.

Also included is a vintage The Village Miniatures – Chesterfield, Missouri packet containing miniature printed paper ephemera such as newspapers, advertisements and other tiny printed pieces.

The metal miniature accessories are made from various materials. At least one packaged Colonial Craftsmen piece is identified as pewter; the metal composition of the other loose and packaged pieces has not been tested.

This is a large mixed vintage collection being sold together as found. Because there are so many extremely small components, every individual piece has not been separately identified or counted.

Condition

Vintage pre-owned estate collection in mixed condition consistent with age and storage. Many pieces appear to be in very nice condition, and numerous miniature hardware/accessory pieces remain sealed in their individual bags.

Expect normal vintage wear including possible discoloration, dust, finish wear, fabric wear, age-related marks and/or small loose components. The wax dolls and figures are delicate and show age appropriate to their materials.

The vintage paper/decorating materials may have age and storage wear. The collection has not been inventoried piece-by-piece for completeness, and some very small components may be missing from individual furnishings or accessories.
