Really Cool piece of medical history. I am not sure of its history of significance. I got it in a lot of other medical equipment. Most items in the lot were from the 1940\'s going back to the early 1900\'s.
I do not believe it is all original , some vials seem to be, and as some point the damp got to it. I gently cleaned the inside with warm water for fear of ruining it. There was a damp basement smell when it got wet. It has lessened since it\'s dried. Some of the metal caps have rust too.
The case measures 7 inches wide, 3.75 inches tall, and 1 inch high.
