Vintage Franciscan Mirasol oval covered serving dish with lid.
Original California-made Franciscan Earthenware by Interpace. Warm cream-to-golden yellow glaze with the Mirasol swirl-floral design in peach, gold, and olive-green. The oval base has the embossed Picnic-style rim (beaded outer edge and scroll band) and the floral medallion in the well. The matching dome lid has the floral band around the sides and a molded flower-shaped finial.
Marked on the reverse: “The California Craftsmen since 1875 / FRANCISCAN / EARTHENWARE / OVEN-SAFE • COLOR-FAST • 54-75 / ©INTERPACE • MADE IN U.S.A.”
