The "heart" is represented by a synthetic Ruby thus creating this "rebus" style charm.
The rarity of this charm is that the cherubs move back and forth done manually by the handle in the back.
The ground is textured and the cherubs are very detailed in high relief.
The coin is enclosed in a wonderful delicate wire work holder.
A generous bail is attached.
