GLAZED CERAMIC STOVE TILES
These beautiful ceramic tiles were used to decorate sheet metal stoves in Germany and other European countries.
These are a soft Delft blue color on white.The design is a delicate swirled floral.The blue has a flowed appearance.(I also have some in the same pattern that are moredistinct).These tiles have a hole in the center.A screw was inserted through the hole to attach the tiles to the metal stove.They are square, measuring 2-3/8\" square X 9/16\" thick.These are old and were removed from the stove so have slight imperfections from their intended use.They will make a beautifulbacksplash or trivet.They could also be mounted in a custom frame with knobs attached through the screw holes to make a nice jewelry orhand towel rack.I have at least 20 of the flowed tilesand many more of the more distinct pattern.The price listed is for a single tile.Elaine 989 233-4427
