Here is a vintage hand-painted cloisonné powder and rouge vanity compact. Made by Elgin, it is in excellent condition. Never used. Inside are a mirror and compartments for powder and rouge, with the original puff. The enamel, mirror, hinges, and closures are in perfect condition. Measurements are 2 3/4 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide, and 4/8th deep.
