Vintage hand painted lady face hat/wig stand with large brown eyes and dark hair. Made in Germany signed on bottom of stand.
Stand is very cracked and chipped in spots where paint is. There are several Knicks and scuffs as well. Pretty well used and scratch and dent condition but still beautiful for collector!
