Vintage hand-painted wooden decorative scoop / wall planter with colorful folk-art decoration.
Features a bonneted woman with flowers, a large red heart, tulip-like floral motifs and additional hand-painted decoration on the sides and underside. Deep green painted interior with natural brown finished exterior wood.
The piece has a wooden handle and an older wire hanger on the reverse for wall display. A faint maker/manufacturer stamp on the back appears to end in “PLANTER”; the remaining wording is difficult to read, so no maker attribution is being made.
Measures approximately 12 inches long overall and about 6 inches wide. Please see ruler photos for additional scale.
