There is a mark on the bottom, but I am unable to read it (see photos). Possibly Made in Romania
Seat measures approximately 11 1/4” tall
Chair Stands approximately 21.5” tall

This is a unique handmade vintage piece that is in beautiful, but preloved condition. Finish is imperfect, but could be easily restored. At one point it appears that the back screw was replaced and could use tightened up a bit.
