Fantastic vintage Hellerware four-piece wooden salad serving set, dating approximately from the 1950s–1970s Mid-Century Modern era. This impressive floor-standing/table-side set features a large segmented wood salad bowl resting on a tall tripod-style serving stand with a Lazy Susan-style rotating design, plus the two wooden serving utensils.
The entire set stands approximately 30½” tall. The stand/base measures 24½” tall, while the substantial bowl measures approximately 17½” across × 6” tall.
Beautiful mixed wood tones and classic MCM styling make this piece as decorative as it is functional. The set is in good vintage condition overall with expected cosmetic wear from age and use. There are several scratches and surface marks inside the bowl, along with a small hairline crack on the exterior of the bowl. These issues appear cosmetic and do not substantially detract from the overall presentation of the piece. Please review all photos carefully for condition.
