Vintage Japanese Arita-yaki porcelain square bottle vase meticulously crafted by the legendary Yazaemon Kiln. Established in 1804, the Yazaemon family kiln is world-renowned for its masterful hand-painted revival pieces. This piece is heavily styled after historic Edo-period Ko-Imari (Old Imari) exported porcelain.
The vase boasts a sharp, four-sided tapered profile capped by an elegant narrow neck. It features rich, hand-applied polychrome enamels (Iro-e) depicting an elegant iris and floral bouquet motif centered on a densely textured background of red fan-stroke lines. The base is clearly stamped with the traditional underglaze blue circular Yazaemon signature (弥左ヱ門).
