Arita / Imari porcelain charger plate late Meiji period to early Taisho era 1890’s - 1930’s . Hand painted ribbons - 3 blue under glaze marks /underside rim.. traditional stylized scroll ribbon medallions . Absolute lack of a stamped signature .. Nippon or Made in Japan .. strongly indicates this was an early higher quality piece primarily used for domestic Japanese use rather than export.
